Yesterday’s episode of No Reservations? I have to say I yearn to go to Emilia-Romagna- the food was amazing! Seriously, salivated during most segments and did a countdown until my prosciutto, culatello and vino eating/drinking days could resume (approx 35)! Sadly, I had to make do with pretzel thins and cheese sticks….
Eater has a good write-up, lots of funny one-liners! Jokes aside, it was interesting to see a “less” visited region with wonderful fare featured. Check out the episode if you have a chance.
Also, if you live in NYC and have not yet been to Chef White’s resto, Osteria Morini. Please do yourself and me a favour and GO! Honestly, so good!!!!!!!!
